You’ve come to the right place for the tastiest night of bites and sips in town, fabulous music, and the fellowship and inspiration you need right now. You’ve got a Taste for Equity…just like us!
To have the most diverse and inclusive gathering possible, we sell tickets at various price points and reserve at least 20% of tickets to invite priority community members free of charge.
So if you need a little help to attend, choose one of our “pay what I can” tickets. If you are able to help us offset the cost for those who need a little help, choose a “pay it forward” option (with our gratitude.)
The TASTE for Equity Gala, presented by OnPoint Credit Union, brings together leaders across cultures and traditional divides to forge deeper connections, celebrate the richness of Oregon's BIPOC food and wine industry and inspire action for a more equitable community. TASTE 2022 will feature a lively reception showcasing five chefs and 10 winemakers who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+, proceed with a five-course dinner with Lead Chef Peter Cho and two collaborating chefs of color, and closes with a Dessert & Dance Party highlighting more diverse chef creations and sparkling wine. The Gala is punctuated throughout with a hallmark of TASTE: outstanding live music and inspiration. Proceeds fund the work of four nonprofits working for greater justice and serving families of color in Oregon. www.pdxtaste.org/beneficiaries
